Our aim is to orient the new employed personnel to the organization and the position in the shortest period with an organized orientation process.

The orientation process is composed of 2 stages:

Organizational Orientation : It is the orientation process that explains the mission of our Group, companies, organization structure, managers, rights and obligations of the personnel by HR Department with providing a "Chemicals Group Information Manual" within the first week of employment.

Technical Orientation : It is the orientation process, which is provided in a pre-organized schedule within the first week of employment, to explain job techniques.
